Dave and Jeanne Kaufman

Pastor Dave is a 1975 graduate of South Dakota State University. He had planned to be a medical doctor, but after his conversion in a night club in 1974, God called him to pastor. He started in full-time ministry in 1979 and received his ministerial degree from Berean School of the Bible (Assembly of God) in 1980. Pastor Dave & Jeanne became associated with RAIN in 2002 after attending the International Healing Conference and Prophetic Conference. They have appreciated that RAIN connects ministers and ministries in “relational” ways. This encourages ministers personally and builds the Body of Christ. Pastor Dave and Jeanne have been married for over 35 years. They have two adult children, Angela & Ryan. They have authored the book, “White-Knuckle Faith,” that tells of the miracle healing of their daughter after 12 years of critical illness. The book is on its 3rd printing. Pastor Dave and Jeanne stepped out in faith to start the Holy Life Tabernacle ministry in Brookings, South Dakota in 1981. He is the pioneer and visionary for the church ministry. With his apostolic anointing, he followed God's leading in 1995 to host Pastors Conferences for the Upper Midwest. Since that time, 31 conferences have been held connecting over 200 other ministries. They have also hosted 13 Women Alive Conferences attended annually by hundreds of ladies. Pastor Dave has made numerous ministry trips to build up the Body of Christ across the United States, Canada, South America, Central America & India. He has a "Barnabas ministry of encouragement" that brings the refreshing of the Holy Spirit to pastors and congregations around the world. He is excited and honored to be a part of the RAIN ministry team serving as State Director for North and South Dakota.
