Jerry and Chip Foster

Jerry & Chip served on the mission field in Liberia, Africa for 11 years, and have served in pastoral ministry for many years as well. In addition to serving as RAIN Regional Apostolic Leaders, they serve as Directors of Heart 4 the Nations Bible School and Ministry Training Center in Spokane, Washington and as representatives for “Transform Spokane.” They also lead short-term overseas mission trips through “Impact the Nations.”
