RAIN Family Bible Camp

Camp Location Glacier Bible Camp is located on Hwy. 2 on the west side of Hungry Horse, MT. It is 9 miles west of the West Glacier Park entrance and 30 miles east of Kalispell, MT.

Check in begins at noon on Friday, June 26. Camp kicks off with dinner that evening at 5:00 pm. Camp activities run from Friday evening through Wednesday night, when we conclude with a communion service. Thursday morning (July 2) is for camp clean up and check out; check out time is 10:00 am.

9:00am - Family Worship (Everyone)
9:45am - Break (Children & Youth to classes)
10:00am - Bible Hour I
11:00am - Bible Hour II
12:00pm - Lunch
Afternoons are free for rest and relaxation, recreation, sightseeing, fellowship, and prayer.
5:00pm - Dinner
7:00pm - Evening Worship Service
12:00 midnight - Curfew

- Preschoolers (ages 4 & 5)
- Children ages 6 - 12)
- Youth (ages 13+)
Nursery for babies is provided during the morning and evening sessions.

Costs
Many ask us, “How much do you charge for camp?” Our heart is to provide a wonderful, affordable, Christ-centered experience by running as a co-op camp. We rely on every camper to serve in one task daily to make the camp run smoothly, thus keeping down costs of additional staff.

We charge you only for our actual cost of your lodging. Freewill offerings are received each evening to cover meals, administration, salaries for the cook and nursery attendants, and travel expenses and honorariums for the speakers. Our costs rise each year and now run about $170 per attendee (regardless of age), beyond your housing. We ask that everyone prayerfully gives according to his or her ability to help cover these additional costs.

This is a special opportunity to meet with our camp speakers on Monday afternoon. Sign up in the camp office.

Lodging
Rooms do not have private bathrooms. Bring your own bedding and towels. Prices are for lodging for the entire camp (6 nights).

Lodge Rooms for families & couples

Rate is per room, per week. Most Lodge Rooms sleep six (one queen size bed and two sets of bunks).

Teakettle Lodge - $230

Teddy Bear Lodge, Midway Lodge - $210

Roadside Lodge, Triple Divide, The Edge - $190

Dormitory Rooms for singles (Rate is per person, per week.)
Women’s Dorm, Men’s Dorm - $90

Campsites (One family or tent per site.)
Campers and RVs - $25 per night
Tents - $15 per night

Singles (18+) will be booked in dorm rooms only.

Couples without children are encouraged (but not required) to room with another couple.

Children under the age of 18 must room with their parents or a responsible adult.

Youth are welcome, provided they have adequate adult supervision. Cost:
$125 per teen (dorm room or tent site). Bringing a youth group? Call for details.

Filling rooms to capacity: To accommodate as many people as possible, we endeavor to fill every bed.

Off site accommodations: For couples or singles who prefer more privacy we suggest staying at a local motel. Those staying off site are charged $50 per person for meals, up to a maximum of $150 per family. For motel information, contact the Flathead Convention & Visitor Association at 1-800-543-3105.

Registration confirmation: Once registered, you will receive a detailed confirmation letter including a list of what to bring, how to pack, camp rules, etc.

Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations after June 5 will not be refunded unless we are able to re-book your room.
